The current dependency

The machines that make U.S. motors aren't American.

Every domestic motor producer today buys their winding, coating, and assembly equipment from one of a handful of overseas vendors: Vacuz out of China, or Marsilli, Bosch, and GROB-WERKE out of Italy and Germany. The lead times are long. The compliance overhead, for any program with Buy American sensitivity, is real.

Our initial focus is a CNC-class stator winding machine designed and built in Virginia. From there, the roadmap covers the Vacuz-class process areas around the stator — winding, then epoxy/resin coating. Each released as a productized line.
